lARP64Tech, Independent software developers team exclusively owns
all copyrights to lARP64Pro. lARP64Pro is a shareware. If you use the
unlimited version of lARP64Pro, you must pay a license fee to lARP64Tech.

lARP64Pro shareware may be freely distributed provided the distribution
package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for
the distribution of lARP64Pro without written permission of all the
copyright holders.

lARP64Pro is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility
for determining the suitability of lARP64Pro and for results obtained.

Authors make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated
from lARP64Pro software and, with respect thereto, authors shall not be
responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting
from using or misusing lARP64Pro including without limitation, any liability
for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by
you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error
or malfunction. Authors shall not be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the
subject which is matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE
lARP64Pro AT YOUR OWN RISK. lARP64Tech DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES AND LOSS OF PROFITS
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompose, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
program, or any subset of the program, except as provided for in this agreement.

Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination

The terms of this license, as well as the lARP64Pro features and interface
designs are subjects of changes in future versions of lARP64Pro. Installing

If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove
lARP64Pro files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
